Tim Cadogan is the Chief Executive Officer of OpenX and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
From 2003-2008 Tim was at Yahoo!, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Advertising Marketplaces overseeing the primary advertising product lines at the company – including Display, Search and Video. Previously at Yahoo!, Tim was Vice President of Search where he was responsible for both the consumer search and paid search businesses.
Prior to Yahoo!, Tim was Vice President of Search at Overture (formerly GoTo.com). Prior to Overture, he was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company. Tim earned his B.S. from The London School of Economics, his M.Phil from Oxford University and his MBA from Stanford University.
Andrew Braccia joined Accel in 2007 bringing with him a decade of operational and leadership experience. His primary areas of investment interest include consumer Internet and software businesses with a focus on web search, digital media and online advertising. Andrew currently sits on the board of Cloudera, High Gear Media, a next generation automotive content and advertising network, OpenX, the world’s leading Ad Server, SB Nation, the leading sports blog network and TRUSTe, a provider of online privacy certification.
Prior to Accel, Andrew held a variety of senior roles in business development, general management and operations with Yahoo! He began his career with the company in 1998, as a member of Yahoo’s early business development team. Most recently he served as vice president of Yahoo! Search, where he was responsible for all business and operational aspects of Yahoo’s consumer search business. In this capacity, he played a key role in helping to lead the company’s entry into the social search arena with the launch of Yahoo! Answers and the acquisition and integration of Del.icio.us.
Previously, as vice president of business operations for the Yahoo! Search and Marketplace Group, Andrew oversaw the business planning and financial performance of multiple Yahoo! businesses. Andrew also served as vice president and general manager of Yahoo’s Marketplace division, which includes Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! Travel, Yahoo! Real Estate, and Yahoo! Autos – all leading commerce sites in their respective categories under his leadership.
As a member of the original operating team that led the development Yahoo’s in-house search technology, he also played a significant role in the acquisition and integration of several companies, including Inktomi, Overture, Alta Vista, and FAST. In addition, he helped lead the acquisition of Flickr, an important component of Yahoo’s emerging community and social search strategy.
Pascal Gauthier is the Founder and CEO of Challenger Deep and has more than 15 years of experience in the digital media and ad-tech industries. Prior to Challenger Deep, Pascal served as COO of Criteo. There, he oversaw the global product roadmap, sales strategy, and global operations and participated in the company’s successful $200 million IPO. Previous to Criteo, Pascal acted as Commercial Director at Kelkoo within Yahoo! and as Executive in Residence at Index Ventures. Pascal is currently on the board of Teads.tv, a video ad-tech company, and two bitcoin companies: Ledger Corp, a leading digital security developer and BitPesa an African remittance service.
Howard Hochhauser is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Ancestry.com Inc. with 20 years of financial operations and management experience. Since joining Ancestry.com in January 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer, Howard has led the successful $100 million IPO of Ancestry.com, Inc., along with two $100 million follow-on offerings. More recently, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Ancestry.com, by Permira Funds. Prior to Ancestry.com, Howard held multiple positions at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., including Chief Financial Officer from July 2006 to December 2008, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. from March 2002 to March 2006 and Acting Chief Financial Officer from March 2006 to July 2006. He joined Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. in May 2000, and served in various capacities of increasing responsibility within the finance department throughout his eight years with the company. From 1996 to 2000, Howard served as the Vice President Equity Research Analyst of Bear, Stearns & Co. Prior to joining Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., he worked at First Boston and he was a Staff Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick. Howard is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from Boston University.
Nino is responsible for the overall investment strategy, execution, operations and performance of Sapphire Ventures. After nearly 20 years in various investing and operating capacities, Nino has participated in investments in more than 100 private companies and has held numerous board seats. Currently, he is a board director/observer at Integral Ad Science, Krux and OpenX. He is furthermore closely involved with investments in Box, iovation, MuleSoft, Scytl and Square.
Before Sapphire Ventures, Nino was a partner with meVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson and IVF Ventures. Prior to venture capital, Nino worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Robertson Stephens. He has a BA in economics and psychology from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Nino was born in Croatia, is an Austrian citizen and has also lived in Italy and Germany before settling in the San Francisco Bay area more than 15 years ago.
Damon Reeve is the Chief Executive Officer of Unanimis, which he launched with Khalil Ibrahimi in 2001. He has 10 years experience in the Internet and advertising industries across Europe, the United States and Australia. Before launching the Company, Damon ran his own brand and interactive marketing consultancy after being Head of Marketing for Excite UK. Damon is also a co-founder of OpenX and remains on the Board as a non-executive Director. In August 2009, France Telecom purchased Unanimis to manage the advertising sales activity for Orange UK.
